• To oversee the completeness and consistent information flow for new item/program and
• global product changes from sales force/customer/global coordinator to process owners
• (business units, production, pre-press, formatting, programming)
• Serve as the Global Sampling and Program Deployment Lead (GPD L) for all customer
• development initiatives and problem escalation for the assigned customers. Overall global
• responsibility for all aspects of item development and deployment for assigned customers.
• Direct sampling to the appropriate sample location based on capabilities, capacity, cycle time
• requirements and cost and other factors.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members for achieving service reliability and quality
• targets.
• Monitor individual GPD Officer workload and performances.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotation and proofs to sales and/or customers.
• Ensure efficient flow of production artwork to manufacturing units.
• To supervise a team of GPD Officer to collect complete specification requirements from
• customer (including sales reps and CPD) and pass efficiently.
• Manufacturing units through the First Order Deployment process.
• Collect global prices, consolidate and provide to CPD/Sales. Take on global costing/pricing
• responsibilities as tools are developed.
• Ensure timely and consistent availability of samples/proofs/formats/data integrity tests/ink
• draw downs for manufacturing units.
• Coordinate with global purchasing to develop availability of key materials in global locations
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership skill and with good business acumen.
• Creative aptitude.
• Strong aptitude in handling details, control and monitoring performance and quality.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Strong experience in product development and sampling, with at least 6 years in supervisory
• position.
