  • Monitor and coordinate on boarding process, including task assignment and monitor, service feedback and provide the support for the new hire and hiring manager, and reference check, health check and onboarding notification, sign on bonus and retention bonus release follow up
  • Provide the support for Jan daily HR operations service
  • Employee service platform maintenance including the knowledge article review and update, employee's feedback follow up etc.
  • Standardize inquiry team workflow and process, and in charge of services quality control
  • Labor contract management
  • Probation management
  • Retirement management
  • Provide the Employment and Income Proof
  • Provide headcount master data and turnover analysis report
  • Back up staff management
  • Support the customer audit
  • Other tasks assigned by manager

职位要求

  • University degree
  • 1-2 years human resources experience
  • Good command of English
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Good service mindset
  • Ability to self manage stress
  • Good knowledge on labor laws and regulations
  • A team player and able to work with people from different cultures
