Job Description
- Perform and handle all payroll functions includes but not limited to monthly and weekly payroll, leave and attendance checking, retirement scheme administration, annual year end exercise
- Monthly incentive plan calculation (i.e. CSIP)
- Annual payroll project support (i.e. Annual audit)
- Leave and attendance system maintenance
- Employee salary and payroll queries support
- Participate in system upgrade and enhancement activities
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as required by the business
Qualifications
University Degree
At least 1 year relevant HR experience, especially in payroll operation. Less experience candidate will consider as HR Assistant
Familiar with HK labour law and related statutory regulations
Good command of both spoken and written English, and Cantonese
Good in computer software applications including MS-Word, Excel. With experience in using SAP is an advantage
Pleasant personality, detail-minded and well-organized
Able to work under tight deadline, flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multitask
Immediate available is a highly preferred
