1. Develop and deliver the training course of Leadership Academy -English program and new hirer orientation

2. Support Capability Building projects for Supply Chain

3. Lead Internal Trainer Program

4. Manage training process and policy

5. Manage training data

6. Manage E-learning daily operation

任职条件

1. 3 years above HR experience in position of Learning & Development or Talent Management .

2. Have experience in implementing capability building project.

3. Strong course development skills, Strong facilitation skills and ability to deliver Training Course.

4. Strong in project management

5. University graduate, Fluent English skills both in written and spoken

6. Able to travel ( 50%)
