Job Purpose:

Provide the valuable and reliable system/solution/database for FBP division and drive the efficiency for the retail operation. 1 ) Retail system creation/modification/ training /implementation/Help desk: MPOS/Web enquiry…etc. 2) E nsure all data can be accurately captured by MPOS, furthermore, establish a link between MPOS functions and promotional campaigns enrich FBP database. 3 ) Lead on regular report creation and consolidation and irregular report creation. 4) Key window to interact with IT on the retail system matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide the solution for the retail operation and drive the efficiency

• Palm System (MPOS)

• Front-end operation training - every BA must be provided with ability to operate Palm independently.
• Be help-desk to solve regular problems, enable daily operations go smoothly.
• Function development/enhancement/test (both front-end & back-end) - fully understand and evaluate requests of user, closely cooperate with local IT / Regional IT.
• System filed maintain
• Disseminate Palm information to users.
• Operation training/ manual generation.

• Database Management

• Maintain a valuable & reliable database.
• Provide regular reports, e.g. sales by products / counters / customer purchase behaviors...etc.
• Tailor-made irregular reports / references depend on the requests of Marketing / Sales teams.
• Share data structure with Marketing and Sales teams

• Suggest RO (Auto Replenishment)
• Facial Treatment Sales/transaction classification.
• Counter Operation:

• Monthly sales/stock settlement
• Stock /Good return /Pricing adjustment

• Projects related to Sales & Operation.
• Contact window with IT
