This exciting role offers opportunity to: This position is supporting overall Electrical Sector – India in execution of marketing initiatives per ES-India Marketing Plan. The responsibilities include monitor and control, strategy optimization and refresh; management of channel marketing programs, programs review and ROI analysis; and manage necessary projects to establish or optimize channel management. Promote Digital marketing tools, Manage share points, channel branding, Optimize Collaterals, eDM, plan and execute events. Coordinates with all functional and support department to meet customer requirements. Work with internal and external resources for execution of plan and events. Managing the design, implementation, and management of a range of online & offline communication strategies. Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities Compiling , Identify and collect appropriate customer, competitor, market, economic, financial and/or operational data. Perform financial, statistical, and qualitative data analysis of markets and competitors. Translate data into executable and effective market and intelligence reports. Monitor and control, of channel marketing programs for UPS and Switchgear (PQ/ PD), programs review and ROI analysis; and manage necessary projects to establish or optimize channel management and Electrical Sector-India’s go-to-market strategies for its target segments. Coordinates with all functional and support department to meet customer requirements. Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor degree in Engineering/ Science/ Commerce with a minimum of 5-8 years of channel Sales/marketing/operation experience Strategic thinking and planning capability, ability to see the big picture. Field channel sales experience, and channel management and operation knowledge, experience. Electrical product and technical knowledge preferable. Paperwork capability in proposal, report, guideline, etc. Strong analytical and Analysis capabilities Cross function team work experience and skills Influence and communication capability and skills to collaborate w/ colleagues Strong tactic execution capability to deliver the results on time. Good organization awareness to work under matrix organization structure Yes!
