l Responsible to design Service SFDC needs based on Service nature to Marketing/IT for Tools improvement,
l Set and run standard works for sales review process of each levels, responsible for the standard works discipline execution 100% at front line,
l Set up Service SFDC counts# for Service PSA KPIs management excellence ways, renewal, DLP conversation, capture and linkage ratio, deploy dashboard for both sales and managers for sales efficiency, work closely with operation leader to deploy and run the IB management well and accurate.
l Connect with SFDC & China Commercial excellence to deploy actions for real happen in front sales teams,
l Have annual target setting of SFDC and month over month improvement for pipeline management force,
l Solid drive & Implement by day to day works to monitor/coach front line sales leader to effectiveness sales activities and reflected into SFDC system,
l Owned analysis Sales activities and improvement points to leaders as requirement, and escalated different leaders to tracking up actions corrections,
