Position Description:
This role is responsible for smart phone new project production test
technology transfer; test station installation & debug; test station readiness
for new product introduction; test station routine maintenance &
troubleshooting for production. Test support for new product pilot run.
Main Responsibility:
• Set up new product introduction test readiness plan.
• Receive test equipment, test fixture, test documents & test software for new
product from test development team.
• Test station installation, debug & release to production line.
• New product pilot run test support.
• Test station routine maintenance & troubleshooting for production.
• Test operator training.
Scope:
• New product introduction test readiness plan.
• New project test hardware & software readiness.
• New product pilot run test support.
• New project test training for MFG test operator.
• Test station routine maintenance.
• Production test issue troubleshooting.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in electronic, computer, communication, automatic
control or mechanical-electric engineering disciplines.
• At least 3 years working experience in smart phone production test. Very
excellent graduate is not must.
• Be familiar with smart phone test system architecture & test methodology.
• Be familiar with 2G/3G/4G mobile communication & WiFi connectivity wireless
physical layer technology.
• Be familiar with often used wireless tester, such as CMW500, EXM or MT8870A.
• Be familiar with Qualcomm chipset based smart phone production test method &
test process.
• Proficiency in 1 or more of the following programming language, such as C#,
C/C++, C++ builder, LabWindows/CVI, LabVIEW, etc.
• Be familiar with computer network.
• Need project management knowledge.
• Fluent in both Chinese & English (both in spoken and written) is a must.
