Job Description:
1. Hold trainers’ meeting and organize related courses and lessons.
定期召开培训师会议,组织培训师活动和相关课程教授
2. Be in charge of orientation and all kinds of internal training.
负责酒店的新员工入职及各项相关培训
3. Design, supervise and collecting all internal training schedule, plan, and records of all departments.
布置、督促、收集酒店各部门的培训日程、计划及记录
4. Assist all departments to pass HILTON QA Check.
协助酒店其它部门通过希尔顿集团全面质量检查
5. Attend all internal activities, such as annual staff party, sports week,etc.
参与组织酒店的各项文体活动,如员工晚会,员工运动周,等等
6. Assist DHR to accomplish all related work.
协助人力资源总监完成培训及相关方面的工作
7. Arrange outside training for management level associates.
安排管理层的拓展培训
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历
2. Minimum 4 years experience in training and development field gained from sizable multinational companies;
4年以上大型酒店或企业培训管理经验,星级酒店优先。
3. Master Shiji training system.
熟练掌握酒店培训系统
4. Hands-on experience of program design and delivery; -
具有开发培训项目的能力
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills
卓越的表达能力与沟通技巧
6. Ability to work independently;
可以独立工作
7. Proficient in computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
精通办公软件,如幻灯片、表格等
8. Good command of English and Chinese;
中英读写流利
