Assistant Merchandiser (Home Organization/Deco) 助理采购员

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of the sourcing in Home Organization/Decoration.
  负责指定家具收纳、家具用品
• Propose competitive sourcing solutions to buyers.
  为买手推荐有竞争力的采购方案
• Source most reliable and performing suppliers.
  开发可靠的供应商
• Prepare offers and follow up on the offers with buyers till receiving order confirmations.
  准备并跟进报价单，直到与买手确认订单
• Responsible for complete sales order management until shipment.
  负责全程跟进直到货物出运
• Coordinate and liaise with buyers and factories/suppliers.
  与买家和工厂/供应商协调并联络
• Coordinate with internal departments on logistics, quality requirements and factory compliance.
  与部门之间进行协调，包括物流、质量要求及工厂合规
• Manage product presentation (physical and/or digital), showroom arrangement, samples approval, and artworks.
  管理产品展示（实物或者电子版），展架摆放，样品审核及美化
• Handle product sample labeling, packing, delivery and storage.
  负责产品贴标、打包、运输及储存
  

Qualification要求:

1. College graduates or Bachelor degree holder in international business or trade.

本科以上学历，国际贸易经济专业为佳。

2. Minimum 1~2 years work experience in an international company, familiarity with European market is a plus.

至少1~2年在外贸公司工作的经验，熟悉欧洲市场为佳。

3. Excellent follow-up skills, ability to successfully interface with assigned suppliers.

熟悉的跟单能力，能够独立面对供应商。

4. Home Organization/Decoration product knowledge is preferable.

拥有餐具经验是加分条件。

5. Excellent communication, organization and planning skill is essential.

必须有良好的沟通、组织和计划能力。

6. A good team player is required.

拥有团队合作精神。

7. Ability to work under pressure.

可承受有压力的工作环境。

8. Good command of English/Mandarin/Cantonese and Microsoft office software (outlook/excel etc.)
