What you’ll do
You will be responsible for supporting the performance and rewards lead and handling administration task for employee benefits function. This role will ensure the smooth operation of employee benefits through planning, accuracy and attention to detail.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with Performance & Reward team and HR Business Partners in the initiation, review, development and implementation of benefits programs.
- Determines employee benefit interests by conducting employee surveys, analysing responses.
- To support creation of compensation review proposals, analyse market gaps and median movements, and act as an advisor to business units in compensation review decisions.
- Maintains employee confidence by keeping benefit information confidential.
- Collaborate and support the Human Resource CoE & HR Partners to help identify – unanticipated - findings and use data analysis to help influence key decisions, programs and processes.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders from across the organization and with outside vendors (e.g. insurance companies, consulting firms etc.)
- Interprets policies and procedures when employees have queries
- Liaise with specialist firms such as Aon Hewitt, Mercer etc. to conduct market assessments / benchmarking and compensation consulting in line with business needs, extract insight from benchmarking reports, analyse and interpret results and identify improvement opportunities and ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy.
- Monitor regulatory changes that potentially affect benefits programmes, identifying and recommending necessary changes.
- Keep abreast of market developments and industry trends in employee benefits offers and programmes and how they drive effective behavior.
- Partner with business units in specific intervention aligned to business requirements.
- Participating in special projects as required.
Essential for the role
- Academic / Professional qualification: University graduate
- HR experience with proven Benefits experience, preferably within a complex commercial organization
- Reporting & Analyzing information
- Compensation & Wage Structure
- Benefits Administration
- Strong MS office skills
- Highly numerate with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, recognize implications and generate solutions.
