Job Summary : The QA Supervisor is responsible to ensure the overall quality of parts produced by Eaton eMobility France The QA Supervisor is responsible to ensure the update, use and deployment of the local quality system in accordance with Eaton QMS. The QA Supervisor manages directly quality operators and technicians linked to his mission Job Responsibilities : Has the responsibility of the overall quality management of products manufactured on Montrottier site. Has the responsibility of the products and component quality considering the constraints in terms of cost and lead-time and never compromising employees' safety. Animates and manage internal audits of manufacturing processes and audits of metrology on the site (LPA, Process, ...) Ensure that metrology equipment are updated and validated properly Manages all activities of Quality assurance in manufacturing to ensure completion of customer specific requirements Ensures that quality goals and key indicators are achieved (scrap rate, rework cost, scrap cost) and follow action plan / A3/ 8D necessary to achieve it Ensure quality walls are in place during launches and whenever is present a risk of quality spill Ensure compliance of the local quality system with EQMS and verify its application throughout the company. Ensure prevention of defects (PFMEA update) as well as curative actions implementation in case of defects Ensures that non-conformities (Deviation, Rework and scrap) are correctly managed Drive CI mindset across the organization and implement Boot Camps on quality tool like 8D, PFMEA, Control plans, Root Cause, Six Sigma, PPAP, APQP, CAR/ DMR, QRQC, LPA... The Quality Production Manger manages directly quality operators and technicians linked to his mission Qualifications Master's Degree / Engineer 5 years' experience Knowledge and experience in Quality Engineering and Automotive Industry 3 years+ quality experience. Knowledge of IATF, ISO9001 and other applicable standards Experience in internal auditing (process and system) ; EQMS Auditor preferred Change Management Able to demonstrate a track record of achievement Good interpersonal and influencing skills Early knowledgeable of International / Customer product specifications/ requirements.
