Responsible for ensuring AIA's IT services and operations / business processes meet the required standards

• Develop and implement programs, policies, procedures and methods to establish, maintain and improve the standards of AIA's IT services and operations

• Conduct a wide range of control and analyses to ensure relevant services and processes meet or exceed specified standards and requirements

• Operate the change control process ensuring standards of the information recorded against any other recorded information in the change are sufficient

• Liaise with all parties to ensure project information, risks and issues are issued in a timely manner to be reviewed prior to planning and governance meetings.

• Conduct governance meetings, to facilitate and manage of the resolution of risks, issues and conflicts between the portfolio, as well as create action plan as necessary.

• Assists to resolve the IT related audit finding, to capture the improvement for the governance

• Oversee resource management to assure that IT resources are well managed and adequate

• Implement and use tool/system to maintain end to end data, tracking registers and reporting tools to deliver timely and accurate reports.

• Conduct a satisfaction survey to the stakeholders, to get the feedback for improvement
