Collect soiled uniforms

Sort out dirty uniforms according to colors and sizes

Use appropriate equipment to record movements of uniform items in/out of the wardrobe area

Send soiled uniforms to laundry. Receive clean uniforms from laundry

Check for stains and creases on uniforms, send back to laundry when necessary

Organize and hang all cleaned Team Member uniforms

Issue clean or new uniforms to team members

Mend, alter uniforms and linen

Tag and repair damaged garments

Remove spotting from tagged garments

Receive, sort, scan, count, record and store all new uniforms

Retrieve garment bags from conveyor and hang into proper slots

Check the qualities and quantities of uniforms and linen regularly for ordering

Remove substandard uniforms from circulation and reassign replacements

Re-stock all supplies and advise next shift of all pertinent information

Organize all cleaned laundry/dry cleaning and uniforms into designated order and racks

Check and maintain all equipment regularly to ensure that they are in a properly condition

Coordinate pick up of soiled items and delivery of cleaned items from laundry service company

Inspect condition, charges and amount of cleaned items received from service company; resolve any discrepancies

Report all shortages, damages, maintenance requests, problems and linen/uniform availability to Wardrobe Duty Manager

Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, maintain positive guest relations and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

Seamstress or tailoring background would be preferred

Get along with fellow Team Members and work as a team

Be willing to work any day and any shift

Have a pleasant and well-groomed appearance

Primary School
