Mission
It is the person in charge of carrying out with some autonomy and responsibility the service and sale of food and beverages.
You will maintain a good relationship with customers and associates.
ESSENTIAL FEATURES
•Perform auxiliary tasks according to customer service in restaurants and bars.
•Properly store your area and work utensils.
•Prepare the assembly of the service, table, banquet or convention boards, chairs, sideboards or any other furniture or items commonly used in lounges, restaurants, or bar.
•Perform other tasks derived from the occupancy profile.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, CAPACITIES AND SKILLS
•Work responsibly knowing all the resources available in the company.
•Receive and recognize the customer with a smile, eye contact and making use of the customer's name when possible.
•Ensure the confidentiality of customers' personal data.
•Know and carry out an appropriate occupational safety and health policy.
•Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of nonverbal language in communication and interaction with customers and colleagues.
•Spanish and English and/or German (Knowledge of English and/or German at hospitality level is essential to apply to the post)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Studies in Restoration and Gastronomy (FP or similar), specific module of Hospitality Service in Hotels and Restaurants.
Minimum 6 months of experience as a waiter's assistant in Gourmet Restaurant.
• Knowledge of the MICROS operating system will be assessed
