Job Summary
The Resort Services Attendant/Lifeguard is responsible
Cleaning of assigned areas of the Resort Deck within the property as assigned in accordance with Company service standard.
Responsibilities

• Cleaning assigned area in accordance with established checklists and standards in an efficient and thorough manner.
• Maintain knowledge of the Resort facilities including the equipment maintenance and restocking of amenities.
• Be able to walk guests and introduce the facilities and the “how to use” of each wet spa equipment or the pool facilities.
• Adhering to all security and maintenance procedures and practices including reporting any unusual or suspicious incidents, hazards or people, complaints and missing or damaged items in a timely and accurate manner.
• Adhering to all established policies and procedures of the Company.
• Adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety requirements.
• Actively participate in health and safety activities to ensure that workplace hazards are minimised and the Health & Safety of all employees is valued.
• Communicating with fellow team members and departments to proactively service guests.
• Minimise confusion and ensure the standards are maintained and guest requirements are satisfied.
• Where appropriate, maintain all public, common and back of house areas ensuring they are clean and free of risks including using appropriate cautionary signage to alert guests and fellow staff of potential risks as required.
• Providing turn-around service for changing rooms in accordance with established procedures and practices.
• Collect Resort Deck laundry and ensure that it is delivered to the Valet & Laundry team.
• Have knowledge of maintaining and cleaning carpets, flooring (wooden) and marble surfaces.
• Ensures that confidentiality and/or discretion are maintained at all times regarding guests’ information and activities.
