Au Pair Program Recruitment - Experience China as an Au Pair

Program Overview: We are offering a unique opportunity for individuals to live and work in China as an Au Pair. This is a fantastic way to experience Chinese culture, improve your Mandarin, and gain valuable childcare experience while earning pocket money.

Locations of Host Families: Host families are primarily located in Chengdu, with additional opportunities in other major cities including: Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Suzhou

Program Duration:
• 3 months to 12 months

• Summer programs available (July and August)


What You’ll Give:
• 30 hours of childcare and English tutoring per week


What You’ll Receive:
• 1,500-2,000 RMB pocket money per month (paid monthly)

• 3,000-12,000 RMB flight stipend (depending on the length of stay: 3-12 months)

• Room and board provided by the host family

• At least 3 hours of Mandarin lessons per week

• 1.5 days off each week

• Medical insurance

• Vacation time

• Visa application and renewal fee reimbursement (provided upon completion of the program)


Application Requirements:
• Age: 18-30 years old

• Education: High school graduate (secondary school)

• Language Skills: Fluent in English

• Clean Record: No criminal history

• Health: Good physical health and fitness

• Teaching Ability: Able to teach English to children

• Cultural Openness: Willing to embrace new cultures and experiences

• Love for Children: Enjoy working with and caring for children
