Job Responsibilities

• Audio-type Pathology reports for Pathologists
• Proof-read and edit pathology reports for Pathologists’ endorsement
• Perform clerical duties related to logistics of pathology report
• Provide administrative support to the daily operation of department
• Provide secretarial support to the department, Manager and Pathologists
• Manage and maintain records and documents archive system
• Answer phone enquiries from clinical units
• Assist in collecting and analyzing data for audit reporting
• Perform shift duties if necessary
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements

•  F.5/S.5 or above
• Knowledge in medical terminology and/or medical transcription
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Familiar with MS Office application & Chinese Word processing

Preferred Attributes

• At least 3 years’ experience in typing pathology report is preferred
