.Eaton is looking for an Audit Senior Manager at our Valinhos – SP plant to join our team. She/He will be responsible for: As a valuable member of Eaton's Internal Audit team and a direct report to the Director of Transformation and ERM Assurance, the Sr. Manager of transformation and ERM assurance supports planing, organizing, directings and controls all aspects of Eaton's assurance for areas of the Enterprise Risk Management risks and will support the definition and implementation of Eaton's Internal Audit transformation. Through thoughtful leadership, the Sr. Manager will support preparation and implemention of a risk based audit plan and assess, report on and make suggestions for improving Eaton's mitigating efforts relative to the ERM risks landscape. This position will lead audits of ERM risk working wtih Risk Management and ERM Risk Owners. This position will play a support role in the transformation of Eaton's Internal Audit organization into a contemporary, proactive and teaching organization. This role will partner closely with business and function leaders and be sought after by leaders as an expert in various aspects of Eaton's risk management and mitigation. This role will be a talent leader and developer of talent and help create IA as a developmental destination for top talent that will gain significant experience and exposure and prepare the team for greater roles inside Eaton. Job Responsibilities: *This position is responsible for supporting the planning, organizing, directing and controlling all aspects of ERM assurance and IA transformation team. *Supporting the Director of Transformation and ERM Assurance with the annual risk assessment process. Ensuring an aligned approach that clearly defines the risk landscape. *Directly assists the Director of Transformation and ERM Assurance in regular operational activities and coordinates and executes multiple global projects and initiatives. *Promotes organizational continuous improvement Financial policies and internal controls by working directly with Senior leaders to develop, drive and implement architectural changes and is appropriately positioned and adequately resourced to affect these changes. The changes are aligned and support Eaton's global strategies, objectives, initiatives and risks. *Ability to be future focused, insightful and proactive by initiating and/or leading projects to redesign or automate audit processes to eliminate or reduce non-value added or non-key activities and/or enhance audit coverage. *Provides risk-based assurance and sufficient audit coverage over company's critical control areas with existing resources using either traditional or non-traditional audit approaches. *Capable of serving as coach/mentor for high potential professionals outside of the function/region. *Attract, retain and develop a team supported through purposeful leadership and by creating an inclusive culture *Provides risk-based assurance and sufficient audit coverage over company's critical control areas with existing resources. *Supports the process & quality compliance oversight with IIA standards and methodologies *Supports the development of report outs to Snr Leaders and the Audit Committee. *Ensures effective adoption of the new audit software and alignment with other functions When we embrace different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds, each of us becomes unique. Qualifications .Experience required for the position: Bachelor Degree In Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent. * Cumulated 10+ years experience. 8+ years of public accounting and/or industry audit experience and at least 5 years of managerial experience preferred. *CPA, ACCA, CIA, CMA, CFE, CISA or other equivalent certification preferred. * Ability to manage multiple large projects or a program. Ability to understand the integration between projects and coordinates timing. Acts as customer interface for all projects in that area * Ability to lead and motivate audit teams, including assignment of work, monitoring of progress, review of results, performance feedback, coaching, and providing on-the-job training and development to team members * Recommends updates to policies *Ability to work under pressure with multiple competing priorities *Adept in both written and verbal communication skills *Flexible team player or leader depending on task at hand *Culturally aware and able to navigate in different environments or situations *Confident and able to influence people over whom you have no formal authority. *Active listener What you will get from us Eaton’s mission is to improve the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technologies and services.
