Responsibility:

Plans and performs on site factory audits, according to Auchan requirements, Code of conducts, local laws and regulations.

Pro-actively monitors the implementation of corrective action plan shared with supplier/factory management, to achieve constant and permanent improvements.

Plans and performs random traceability control to ensure that AUCHAN productions are really produced in the factory declared by supplier

Supports Merchandisers and Quality Controllers teams with all relevant information.

Helps and assists in all matters related to audit conducted through third part auditors.

Develops training on Quality, Social and environmental standards issues.

Pro-active to bring ideas for improvement of Auchan audits’ process and organization.

Shares and promotes Auchan's Values and Ethic rules.

Requirement:

• Factories' quality control system and production reports
• Factories' social and environmental management system and documents associated
• Understanding and definition of Corrective Action Plan
• Supplier relationship management knowledge
• Interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities
• Good level of oral and written English
• Good command in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel）
