Job Summary

§ Conduct audits and produce reports on each engagement, document all findings, making photocopies of all relevant documents to support the findings.

§ Review documents provided by the local factory and make judgment based on the provided guidance book.

§ Work with operation and client service on audit set up.

§ Assure the consistency of audit approach, reporting and work quality.

§ Perform special audits for clients attending audits, pilot programs or onsite training if required.

§ Report cross check and technique advise.

• Act as a brand Ambassador for BSI. This means acting ethically, following company rules and promoting BSI services to clients so they are able to optimize business performance and “Make Excellence a Habit”.

The Job

Audit Delivery (1)

§ Make sure audit is well prepared, including qualification, WI, and reporting requirements;

§ Arrange travel and logistics per audit assigned by scheduler;

§ Conduct opening meeting per program/client request;

§ Conduct factory tour per program client request;

§ Review documents provided by auditee;

§ Conduct proper interview;

§ Due diligence and make onsite finding summary/conclusion;

§ Conduct closing meeting per program/client requirements;

§ Report preparation;

§ Archive documents per client/program requirements ;

§ Work with the technical manager and scheduler to pursue better audit service;

Technical Support to our Clients (2)

• Explain audit requirements to auditee per client/program requirements, from shaming to leaning;
• Liaise with the clients about technical issues as needed;
• Assist customer services team to handle client enquiries and feedback on audit conducted;

Quality Enhancement (3)

• Follow work instruction, program requirements as well as spirit;
• Assure the consistency of audit approach, reporting and work quality;
• Assure audit report TAT meet, including CAPA, draft report, final report as well as other KPI’s defined by audit solution manager and program leader;
• Perform special audits for clients attending audits, pilot programs;
• Take necessary corrective & preventative action to improve execution of onsite audit;
• Work with scheduler and technical manager to cross check report, identify improvement opportunity, and quality delivered;
