Skills and Requirements:
- Contact the clients to understand their needs or inquiry of company’s services and work with different teams to meet the needs of the clients
- Contact the clients to know their feedback of our services (technical questions, services, prices, complaints…
- Contact the clients to know their intending requirement.
- Conciliate the on site testing clients to make sure the chamber be maximal used.
Services
- Manage the relation between technical team and clients
- Receive test inquiry and test information from different kinds of clients.
- Confirm the test inquiry with technical team and replay to client.
- Collect technical information from test supervisors to prepare the offers
- Record the out lab fee.
- Issue the test offers.
- Provide test offer to clients and get clients’ confirmation
- Contact clients for test samples and documents
- Open project and create the paper folders for test team
- Follow up the situation of the whole project.
- Feedback the question to client during the testing.
- Send samples and report to the clients.
- Get feedback of our services.
- Participate to client’s meeting.
- Support the management to prepare weekly forecast of the test and inspection activity.
- Send invoices regularly to clients.
- Issue the special detailed fee list to clients.
- Support the finance to get money back.
- Meet many other needs of the clients.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Individual and Team work spirit
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Windows, Word & Excel
