1、Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of program standard framework
2、According to development target, set up the program development quality target & schedule control. Electrical technical document review and control
3、Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of program testing environment, and organize the implementation
4、Lead the cause analysis to emergencies, and develop systematic solutions
5、Guide the programming staff to improve their professional ability rapidly
6、Responsible for the establishment and optimization of program test & validation specification

Qualifications：
1. Degree：College or above
2. Major：electrical technology, automation and other relevant majors
3. Work Experience：more than 10 years experience in vehicle automation welding line design & debugging, with strong organization and coordination ability
4. Skills & Abilities：
A Position Skill：
①　Able to coordinate&handle; the synergistic relationship between programming and debugging engineers, able to solve field and debugging emergencies independently
②　With solid program design, debugging and incidents treatment experience, with field technical quality problem analysis and improvement ability
③　With planning, review & validation, standardization capacity for continuous improvement plan
B Tools：
CAD：familiar with the use of EPLAN\CAD command, skilled in use them to reviewing drawing
Application Software：familiar with the use of Siemens, prefer candidates who also have system software application programming ability such as AB, Mitsubishi
PFMEA：familiar with the failure modes and failure mechanism of program design, able to give preventive plan correspondingly
