The Automation Analyst EMEA is primarily responsible for supporting the development and delivery of agile automation functionalities, applying solutions to answer key business questions for Eaton's Sales, Services & Marketing functions. This Analyst role shall ensure the scalability, reusability and adoption of developed solutions across EMEA, transforming how Eaton operates. Participating and supporting Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics activities, actively bringing new ideas for the automation of manual tasks. DATA&ANALYTICS Encounter opportunities for automation by data analysis using existing Data Analytics to improve Customer Experience Performance Assist and contribute with inputs to improve data analytics and automation processes PROCESSES Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, and eventually Supply Chain) and the IT (or IT service providers) community by capturing the business needs and translating those into requirements for processes to be automated using RPA/scalable solutions Support the priorization of gathered automation requests with stakeholders and deliver RPA projects to the organization by following the agile SCRUM methodology Develop "building blocks", concepts of programming within the new tools of RPA that allows pre-defined functions for specific outputs (selection of data tables, logic or sequence of tasks to be automated, definitions of repetition and cycles of data processing) Develop test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing per RPA project, plan/coordinate deployment, support the design of appropriate KPI measures to report on success, client user adoption of the RPA solutions and ensure customer satisfaction Keep up knowledge of Order management: order entry, price checking, order clearing compliant with Eaton's policies in order to discuss requirements Acts as as the primary liaison for problem resolution when RPA tools or solutions incurrs in failure mode following established policies, procedures and tactics with the IT community; in addition supports documentation and knowledge case of failures Encourages continuous improvement and builds stakeholder relationships VISUALIZATIONS Actively takes opportunity to share with the organization relevant reports & dashboards to drive decision making and support CI activities when data trends and abnormal data points shows unexpected results TRAINING & SUPPORT Support peers Automation Analysts and/or BI Reporting Analysts and Data Scientists from a requirements and inputs from business stakeholders to help those with next technical steps of conceptualizing, aggregating, programming, analyzing and visualizing data Create detailed procedures and working instructions and regularly update RPA documentation. Generate new ideas for automation of manual tasks Performs tools & reports & dashboards training for end users in line with Eaton change management processes and guidelines to ensure adoption of RPA Actively stay abreast of new technologies within the RPA field Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BSC/BA) English language knowledge minimum B2 level Preferably minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Automation Specialist / Computer Science / Maths, Demonstrated understanding of Programming, Data management and Data Science, RPA principles and practices. Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer) Knowledge and competency in MS Power Platform tools Commercial and Technical Support tasks require detailed knowledge and competency in Eaton proprietary tools and applications: ERP, CRM, Case Management, and other Eaton Tools, other programing language is an advantage Strong communication skills (written and verbal) , Customer Service attitude, strong attention to details, punctuality, problem solving mindset, analitics skill, conflict resolution, and managing priorities,demonstrated ability to take ownership of assignments, projects.
