For a product system (replace with SW Dev/Automation) group within intel wireless connectivity and solutions group who is leading the work on delivering multi device experiences to the PC ecosystem - we are looking for talented system architects (replace with SW Dev/Automation engineers) to join us and define end to end experiences. The team is focused around building and delivering end to end experiences to the PC leveraging and collaborating with the devices around us such as phones and tablets. The team is building solutions that span across multiple operating systems (Windows, Chrome, iOS and Android) and devices.

Job Description
Integrates, tests, installs, configures, and/or supports Factory automation software systems. Coordinates factory requirements, maps them to automation systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions. Applies advanced troubleshooting to automation system problems. Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet automation systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs. Serves as site expert for a designated set of automation systems, including representing integrated needs in cross functional and cross site teams. Position may include some software development of related enhancements, supplemental systems, and/or support and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

At least 7 years in programming
At least 3 years of experience with cross-platform testing (Windows, Android, and iOS)
lead and build on the infra level
Hands-on experience with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell)
Proven capabilities in creating test environments from scratch
Experience with automation tools (preferably UI Automator, WinAppDriver, UI automation)
Excellent Linux skills - Advantage
Experience with Jenkins or similar - Advantage
Experience with Typescript/Javascript - Advantage
Experience with Python - Advantage.
