Responsabilities: • Planning, design and development of automation projects • Armed design and integration of electrical panels • Electrical circuit design for safety automated processes • Electrical circuit documentation for automation projects • Electrical circuit documentation for continues improvement process • Programming of programmable logic controllers (PLC Siemens family) • Training employees in new manufacture automated process • Administration of supplies for the laboratory (Bosch profiles, vinyl labels, material for 3D printing) • Maintenance plan for laboratory machines and tools • Support in creation and administration of fixed assets • Automation equipment standard • Train blue collar personnel on the use and operation of automation projects • Training for shop floor on manufacturing automated process • Continuous improvement projects whit PLC or electric control How would you contribute to our team? • Design of electrical control circuits (Eplan) • Design of electrical circuits for panel boards (Eplan) • Design of electrical safety circuits (E plan) • Design of control cabinets (Eplan) • Armed control cabinets • Installation of control cabinets • Documentation of electrical circuits in automation projects (Eplan) • Documentation of electrical circuits in continuous improvement projects (Eplan) What will you need to succeed? • Intermediate English • knowledge in PLC programming • knowledge in electrical design • knowledge in mechanical CAD design • Technical knowledge of the Electrical Products industry. • Proven ability to create, convert & modify drawings with Electrical CAD software. • Ability to read, understand and evaluate electrical schematics to identify errors or potential improvements. • An ideal candidate is detailed orientated and able to embrace a culture of quality.
