Job Description:

-Establish site automatic control system maintenance strategy, assist related departments to formulate the SOP, including: system maintenance, software and data backup, user access authority control, password management, disaster recovery system, etc.制定工厂自动控制系统的维护策略，协助相关部门制定SOP，包括：系统维护、系统与数据备份，使用人员权限控制，密码管理，系统灾难恢复等

-Instruct related departments to complete evaluation and validation for automatic control system 指导相关部门完成自动控制系统的评估和验证

-Maintenance of automatic control system maturity review once a year, develop and push to

implement the improvement plans每年进行自控系统的维护成熟度评估，制定并推进改进计划的实施

-Inspect/drill for the emergency plan once a year 每年检查并演练一次应急预案

-Develop and implement daily maintenance plan for the hardware system 硬件系统日常维护计划的制定与实施

-System software backup, the system parameter backup 系统数据备份，包括：运行参数备份、程序

备份、历史数据备份，

-Regular inspect and change the battery of PLC, etc. PLC 等电池的定期检查和更换

-Record/summarise/share the daily maintenance experience of automatic control system 自控系统日常维护的记录/总结/分享

-Maintain and share the manual of failure analysis, testing, solving 维护并分享自控系统常见故障的分析、测试、处理的手册

-Update the automatic control related drawings, technical data,manual 及时更新相关图纸、技术资料、手册

-Complete criticality review for the automatic control system, develop the corresponding spare parts plan, establish a safety and economy inventory of the spare parts 完成自动控制系统的关键性回顾，制定相应的备件计划，建立安全而经济的备件库存

-Organize regular GMP self-inspection for automatic control system 定期组织自控系统的GMP

-Participate in internal GMP audit 参与工厂内部的GMP 审计

-As the SME of automatic control system, accept all sorts of GMP audit 作为自控系统SME，接受各种GMP 审计

-Organize regular training of automatic control system 定期组织自控系统的培训

-Instruct and train SME backup of automatic control system 指导与培养自控系统的SME 备份

-Assist other parts to solve problems in the field of automatic control 协助其它部分解决自控领域的问题

-Provide maintenance and improvement suggestions in automatic control system to improve the system performance 在自控方面提出维修、改造建议，提高系统性能

-Assist PW，HVAC engineers to optimize system operation mode, to ensure the efficiency and reliability协助纯水、暖通等工程师优化暖通空调系统的运行模式，确保其运行的经济性和可靠性

-Establish maintenance outsourcing strategy 建立维修外购策略

-Contractor management to insure AZ standard or policy compliance通过供应商管理确保其服务质量达到AZ 标准

-To understand the needs of the customers 了解客户的需求

Job Requirement：

-University degree, majored in electrical, automation or related major大学学历，电气，控制或相关专业

-Operation and Maintenance of Building Monitoring System 楼宇控制系统的运行及维修

-Utility operation and maintenance management 公用工程系统及设备的运行及维修管理

-Trouble shooting and problem solving skill in utility operation 公用工程运行故障分析及问题处理

能力

-5 years automation maintenance experience, familiar with factory utilities and equipment

operation principle and maintenance procedures 5 年以上相关工作经验，熟悉工厂公用工程及设

备的运行原理及维修规程

-Familiar with Building monitoring system operation principle and maintenance (including PC,

PLC controller, actuator and transmitter/sensor), master the control logic/fault judgment and

electrical system and field instrument interface; Familiar with pneumatic/hydraulic component

interface, operating principle, failure predication and maintenance; Familiar with factory

integrated wiring principle; Familiar with PLC programming, familiar with PLC daily operation and

maintenance; To understand the operation of the servo control system principle and general fault

judgment and maintenance 熟悉楼宇控制系统的运行原理及维修（包括上位机，PLC 控制器，执

行器和变送器/传感器），熟练掌握其中的控制逻辑/故障判断以及与电气系统和现场仪表的接口；

熟练掌握气动/液压元件的接口，运行原理，故障判断及维修；熟悉工厂综合布线原理；熟悉PLC

的编程，熟练掌握PLC 的日常运行及维修；了解伺服控制系统的运行原理并能进行一般故障的判

断及维修

-Familiar with computer equipment management system, such as, SAP system 熟悉计算机设备管
