Core Job Responsibilities

• Work with R&D team, production team and technical teams to well understand requirement of formulation, processing and operations, and also well anticipate failure modes and possible issues
• Lead trouble shooting of automation program issue:
  • Work with various team to find the root cause of program issues and define/implement corrective and preventive actions, prevent repeat issue and fully consider the potential impact to other programs and make sure no new issue by the new program
• Lead proactive improvement of automation program:
  • Define improvement plan of overall PCS program from wet processing, UHT&EVAP, dryer, dry blending, and also packaging lines
  • Conduct throughout analysis of program and implement improvement to eliminate program bug, simplify program and ensure effectiveness and efficiency, with working with technical and production team to understand requirement of processing and operations
• Design automation program to support projects, or for outsourced automation projects, ensure effectiveness and efficiency of programming
• Define good procedures to guide production technicians to do program interventions and reaction of production control for some urgent situation, with working with technical team
• Work as a lead and guide the other automation engineer(s) to complete program trouble shooting, proactive improvement, and project program design, and implement ideas of automation control
• Work with Quality Operations and other personals to well initiate and complete change documents of automation
• Work as backup SME of Operations Technology systems including OSI-PI, ZPI and EFT
• Regularly train the electrical and automation technicians/engineers to enhance the capabilities of automation in the whole engineering organization

Minimum Experience / Skill Required :

• Industry experiences: FMCG , Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry
• Position experiences:
  • Three to five years automation experience,
  • Must have Step 7, Prefer to  familiar with PCS software,  
  • Prefer to have powder milk process experience
  • Familiar with instruments, MCC and electrical control.
  • Project experience for automation
• Language Skills：Good oral and written English
• Computer Skills: Familiar with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
• Mobility: Work location in Jia Xing, Zhe Jiang Province
• Other Special requirement: Be familiar with GMP
