主要职能：

Key Objectives/Deliverables:

以下职能主要支持礼来苏州湖东分厂包装和灌装。

The following objectives/deliverables support east packaging site and filling.

• 负责工程部的公用设施自动化设施（BMS,EMS,QBMS,Clean Utility and Door Control）软件、硬件维护保养.包括制定相关程序，质量和安全法规的符合，故障解决，预防性维护，日常监控，偏差解决和预防，确保其符合GMP和HSE的要求。

Responsible for East Lake Utility automation（BMS,EMS,QBMS，Clean Utility and Door Control） hardware and software maintenance in engineering, including procedure establishing, quality and HSE requirement compliance, troubleshooting, PM, routine monitoring, deviation solve and prevention, to ensure its compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.

• 运用优良维护的方法，提高设备可靠性，降低故障率，并协助主管建立良好的设备维护管理体系。

Use lean maintenance methodology to improve equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and assist supervisor to establish excellent equipment maintenance process.

• 负责所辖设备、仪表的编制预算，备件计划，系统验证，项目改造，施工协调，质量和进度控制，保证其符合国家及公司的要求并按计划完成

Responsible for charged equipment and instrument budget plan, spare parts plan, qualification, renovation, construction, quality and schedule control, ensue to compliance with regulation of local and corporation.

• 与其他各部门保持良好的沟通,保证公司各项政策及时得到落实并了解其他部门的要求;主动与政府部门和承包商进行沟通,与之保持良好的合作关系,了解最新国家政策和市场信息。

Sufficient communication to obtain the demands of other departments ensures and all company policies implemented. Good relationship with government and contractors, comprehend country policies and marketing information.

• 支持工艺工程师完成系统调试验证,满足用户要求以及功能要求。

Support process engineer successful complete system commissioning and qualification to meet the User requirement and functional testing.

• 对低级别的人员进行技术的帮助指导。

Providing the support and coach to lower level staff on technical field.

• 根据HSE和5S的要求参与和执行所分派的任务。

Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.

• 是湖东工厂公用设施自动化系统的责任工程师。

He is responsibility engineer of environmental monitoring system in east lake plant.

任职条件

基本要求：

Basic Requirements:

• 电气或自动化相关专业,大学本科。

Bachelor’s degree major in electrical or related.

• 熟悉西门子，Honeywell，Rockwell系统并能够程序编译，了解PLC，DDC的架构以及处理相关软件硬件故障。

• 熟悉现场仪表，例如流量、温度、压力、控制阀等公用设施的相关仪表，并能处理相关故障

• 具有较强的协调、分析、判断、沟通和解决问题的技能。

Strong coordination, analytical, judgement, communication and problem solving skill.

• 能用中英文进行沟通和读写文件。

Chinese and English capability for communication and documentation.

• 以身作则表率“安全第一”，在日常的行动和决定中将“安全”列为一个前摄性的考量项

Role model “safety first” by being compliant and proactive with HSE matters and considering safety in all actions and decisions

• 对外来承包商的安全负责，现场检查他们的表现符合HSE的要求，激励和帮助他们持续提高团队的安全氛围

Feel responsible of contractor’s safety, be on field to check compliance to HSE rules and behaviors of people; reward and coach people in the team to continuously improve team culture

其他要求：

Additional Preferences:

• 对GMP知识和工厂的SOP有具体的了解，并要求将这些知识运用在所委派的工作中。

Specific knowledge on GMP and related local SOP, etc required for his/her assignment.

• 了解国家环保、安全、安装改造相关法律法规和规范知识。

Knowledge of EHS and installation related regulars.
