• Manage and drive all automation related activities to fulfill those targets in terms of cost, quality, productivity and people competence.
• Lead a team of Automaton Engineering in development and support of newly defind Automation project

• Develop & implement automation plan and regular review with management team
• Drive the search and confirmation for automation projects opportunity so as to improve process and productivity

• BS in Automation Design or Mechanical Engineering
• 8 years experience of automation mechanical design, 4 years in a managerial role
• Experience of mechancal design, Solid Work, ProE
• Lean and six sigma is a plus
• Good oral and written English
