Job Responsibilities: · Completes broad scope of technical tasks for Siemens Automation system including installation/commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of customers systems. · Fully involved in technical design and developments for service offerings. · Supports customer remotely and on-site activity based on the contract service level agreement, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting breakdown job for the assigned task. · Contributes to or executes activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project during acquisition, negotiation, and planning. · Pre-sales support on technical proposal for any new RFQ and any upcoming project opportunity related. · Support tendering team for proposal generation if required. · Proactive approach on migration proposal for any obsolete automation system. · To ensure customer satisfaction and acceptance after job completion hand over. · Able to provide alternative solution and pro-active in problem solving in attend to any complain. · Manage to assign service jobs among the team members. · Manage team member's schedule (utilization & productivity). · Ensure team members time sheet submission and update on time. · To support whenever there is opportunity for new digitalization project or to build local competency. · Monitor and update commercial / service coordinator for Invoicing upon job completion (within 1-2 days upon job completion). · Attend to site work if necessary subject to case to case based on complexity and skillset. · Support, guide and groom all team members. · To initiate purchase requisition for any affiliated or selected 3rd party vendor for Automation job related. · To initiate a growth discussion within the team member. · To build team member skill set competency level from time to time. Job Requirements: · Minimum Degree holder in Electronics and Electricals. · At least 8-10 years of working experience in Siemens Automation job related and manage lead position. · Experience in PCS7, STEP7, TIA Portal, WinCC and others Automation product range. · Knowledge in Simatic program to support on-site activities (troubleshooting) and project commissioning task. · Experience in Eplan and CAD. · Knowledge on Profibus, Profinet and Modbus network system. · Additional knowledge on Siemens S5 system will be value added. · Willing to learn and take up new skill set on digitalization portfolio. · Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work in various challenging environment. · Ability to lead the Automation team and work as a teamwork. · Willing to travel within Malaysia to attend any meeting and site visit.
