Today we invite you to join the team and begin your career as an Automation Manufacturing Integrator / Systems Engineer for the Costa Rica Intel Factory.
The Automation Manufacturing Integration (MI) Engineer own products/project delivery indicators and work closely with Operation teams to ensure weekly deliveries are met.
This position's responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Responsible to design and plan loading strategy for products under his/her responsibility (Manufacturing Scheduler / Planner).
- Besides delivery, the MI is also responsible to plan key modules conversion plan and manage key indicators under the MI like cycle time, output, Product Health Indicator monitoring, etc.
- The Automation Manufacturing Integrator will rep the department in key VF projects to improve the MI Team planning and scheduling activities.
- The Automation Manufacturing Integrator will be on charge of new Manufacturing Simulation and Production Tools and will be partner with customers, stakeholders, peers and strategic suppliers to create and evolve the Manufacturing toolkits, creating and implementing solutions that enhance the production planning, daily follow up and delivery.
- The engineer will guide and coach the organization to upskill the shift operations to ensure Operations Team is capable to manage the shift delivery strategy.
- The integrator will be also trained on scripting to make use of data science to monitor delivery indicators. Make used of data to make better decision.

Qualifications
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Industrial production, Systems Engineer or Related degree.
- Advanced English Level.
- 2+ years in high volume production environment.
- 2+ years of experience in one of the following areas: production planner/scheduler, project management, demand management, material requirement planning, capacity planning, master scheduling or related.
- 1+ year of experience/training with different Agile delivery practices (Scrum, Sprints, Kanban etc.).
- 1+ year of experience in IT Operations and/or Information Systems (ITIL, Service Management, SQL - Power BI, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge on Factory Physics / Data Mining.
- APICS CPIM Certification.
- Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.
- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.
