Today we invite you to join the team and begin your career as an Automation Manufacturing Integrator for the Costa Rica Intel Factory. This is mid level position.


The Automation Manufacturing Integration (MI) Engineer own project delivery indicators and work closely with Operation teams to improve MI/Manufacturing Team planning, scheduling and delivery activities.


This position's responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- The Automation Manufacturing Integrator will rep the department in key Virtual Factory (VF) projects to improve the MI Team planning and scheduling activities.
- The Automation Manufacturing Integrator will be on charge of new Manufacturing Simulation and Production Tools and will be partner with customers, stakeholders, peers and strategic suppliers to create and evolve the Manufacturing toolkits, creating and implementing solutions that enhance the production planning, daily follow up and delivery.

- The engineer will guide and coach the organization to upskill the shift operations to ensure Operations Team is capable to manage the shift delivery strategy.
- The integrator will be also trained on scripting to make use of data science to monitor delivery indicators. Make used of data to make better decision.

- Utilize data analysis tools to analyze areas of operational inefficiency and root out areas of waste.


Qualifications

Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineer, Math, Computer Science or related degree.
- Advanced English level both comprehension and expression.
- 1+ high volume production environment.
- 1+ years of experience in project management related to job scope.
- 1+ year of experience in IT Operations and/or Information Systems and/or automation (IT, Service Management, Phyton, SQL, Power BI, etc.).

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge on Factory Physics / Data Mining.
- Experience/ knowledge in Assembly / Test manufacturing process is a plus.
- Unrestricted Costa Rica work permit.
