Work with equipment suppliers to become expert of the system

Promote the product, system, process internally and externally

Train and coach internal and external people for using the equipment

Project management for new equipment / system

Repeat the project in different locations

Trouble shooting to the equipment, the quality of the product

Report progress of the project and report KIPs during project phase and working phase

Continuous improvement on the process

Commercialise new process and new products

Education in Engineering or Shoe making

5 - 10 years working experience in shoe industry with shoe making equipment

Good and fluent English, Chinese

Project management experience or education

Self-motivated to learn and work with equipment suppliers

Good experience with automatic equipment and cutting equipment

Provide clear progress report

Good skill with computer and Window office

Basic finance understanding for project

Business travel abroad and competitive salary and benefit.
