The candidate will partner with different teams worldwide to develop automation solutions to support platform validation activities towards meeting product quality and security goals. Duties associated with this position include SW tools design, development, and deployment.

The candidate should be able to work with engineering customers to identify new automation opportunities towards eliminating waste.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum requirements:

• Advance engineering knowledge or BSc/MS in engineering, electronics/electrical, software, computer science fields. Work experience of 3+ years.
• Proven debugging skills on complex systems.
• Intermediate to Advanced English level
• Linux, Windows operating systems, and Open platform software.
• Programming skills in Python, C++/C, Bash and capable to work with scripts.
• Knowledge in an agile framework
• Experience in developing solutions in the Jenkins framework.
• Candidate must have permanent unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Low-level software, hardware, and Computer architecture
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools and practices
• Experience in Agile software practices / Scrum
• Working experience in automating validation processes.
• Working experience with Intel Software and Hardware validation processes.
