Brief primary function of your role: The role will be accountable to build or extend Chatbot capability (microsoft chatbot framework), develop/enhance tools in Microsoft Power Platform and support RPA solutions and integrating to enterprise systems. The role will do this by executing all stated responsibilities in the best possible manner. Job Responsibilities Your essential responsibilities include: Specific Duties: Design Translate business requirements into chatbot feature deliverables Design effective conversational dialogs, utilizing intent and entity recognition to decrease customer effort Design automated followup tools using Azure Functions or other serverless function platforms Identify and specify required APIs to integrate with cloud and on-premise backend applications Development Develop virtual agents using the Microsoft Bot Framework NodeJS SDK or other chatbot frameworks and consoles Develop API proxies to make existing backend services consumable by virtual agents Develop functions and modules that can be consumed by multiple applications including chatbots and serverless functions Create and maintain technical documentation for all chatbot functionality Create automated unit tests for chatbot activity handlers and dialogs Maintain the Enterprise Azure Subscription for chatbots and provision new resources as required Support Troubleshoot all issues relating to chatbot Partner with backend teams to troubleshoot issues with APIs Monitor and mitigate real-time chatbot and API errors Design and maintain chatbot analytics and metrics, including PowerBI dashboards Maintenance Train and improve the NLP and Q&A models Keep chatbot code aligned with Bot Framework SDK updates Migrate Azure resources in paths of deprecation (LUIS, QnAMaker) Maintain and update the Enterprise npm package for chatbots Work with Support and support processes in ServiceNow (customer support tool). Qualifications Requirement: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience. Strong Microsoft Chatbot Framework customization and configuration experience Experience with PowerAutomate and RPA. Hands on development experience. Development experience in UI technologies like Bootstrap, Lightning Design System (LDS), Lightning Components Development, AngularJS, jQuery, JavaScript would be a plus 8-12 Years experience in IT development/support. 2-3 Years experience on Chatbot and Automation development/support.
