Qualifications:
Education
BE in Computer Science or Electronics

No of Years:
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in system verification and validation with strong experience in Web application automation with Java.
Experience
Type of Work:
- Possess holistic view of quality Domain, User experience, Black box, White box testing.
- Able to estimate and commit task level effort and deliver activities on time.
- Support the team/ client in conducting smooth testing in each sprint cycle with effective interaction with all stakeholders.
- Create/modify/review test cases of new features and develop selenium automation scripts with Cucumber framework
- Test framework development and test script development in selenium and/ or Appium with Testng.
- Possess excellent troubleshooting skills in Java programming with Junit framework
- Perform root cause and trend analysis to identify recurring patterns of errors
- Develop and maintain good relationships with project team.
- Identify obstacles and roadblocks; and offer suggestions to work around obstacles


Areas of Work:
- Strong understanding of web application, Android app
- Strong Selenium Web driver, Junit, Appium automation experience
- Good Knowledge on Web services , Rest and Soap UI and experience in using postman
- Hands on experience in working with Git, Jenkins build pipeline with CI/ CD process
- Good experience in Core-Java and its implementation for Test automation framework development
- Hands on Experience in JIRA Bug Tracking system, Xray tool usage for execution or similar defect tracking tool.
- Knowledge of load testing framework JMeter is a plus
Specific Knowledge: (Skill / Languages etc.)

- Mandatory At least 3 years’ experience on Selenium IDE, Selenium BDD framework, Selenium GRID, Java is preferred
- Strong in coding with Core Java and its usage in implementing automation tools.
- Working knowledge on Java test automation frameworks with XML, HTML .
- Excellent communication and team work skills
