SDL are looking to hire an experienced and talented Automation Tester. You will work as part of a distributed agile team developing SDL’s internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing automated tests
• Creating and managing the product test plans
• Carrying out test plans
• Managing and reporting testing progress
• Reporting progress and identifying, escalating, and removing obstacles that might endanger the agreed release date
• Active team participation including attending daily stand up meetings
• Working closely with developers to identify and resolve issues

Your Profile

Essential

• Experience with automated testing and testing tools such as Test Rail and Selenium
• Strong Testing background with an excellent understanding of the Test Lifecycle and Testing Best Practices.
• Experience of working within an agile environment.
• Experienced in defining Quality Assurance deliverables producing quality Test artefacts.
• Experience with Test planning and end to end testing.
• Experience creating different sets of tests, functional, performance etc.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written
• Team player mentality in an open plan office
• Problem solving skills, keeping an overview with an eye for detail
• Pragmatic, get things done attitude with excellent organizational skills

 
Desirable

• Experience with CI/CD frameworks
