Your responsibilities

• Keeping automation production cell/line, auto/semi-auto testing systems and intelligent tool/equipment at high level of safety control, OEE and quality.
• Supporting and cooperating automation project implantation, including construction plan, construction process supervision and construction progress control.
• Configuring and improving accurate product and process technical specifications with product and quality engineering teams.
• Making and implementing acceptance specifications and procedure of automation systems and intelligent equipment.
• Drafting and following up on maintenance/verification requirements and instructions for ensuring the stable operation of automation systems.
• Supporting and fast recover systems in case of shutdown, spare Parts management including list spare parts, forecast and planning, sourcing and procurement, etc.
• Continuously improving hardware and software to enhance performance of systems according to the change of production process, optimizing visualization and data modeling/integration for adopting production and quality monitor and management.

Your background

• Must have a degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics and other related majors.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant automation system Integration required.
• Must be good at PLC programming, familiar with the use of robotic systems and teaching aids, experience in debugging and using ABB robots is preferred.
• Must be familiar with Servo Motion System and Products, as well as the Likong or C# configuration software.
• Must have good communication, collaboration and fast learning.
• Must have ability to demonstrate written and spoken in English.
