Objective of the Position / 岗位目标：

• Lead and coordinate the R&D projects with profound technical depth, following the company project management protocols, manage the change corresponding to priorities;

Principal Accountabilities / 主要职责：

1. Conduct the R&D projects of automotive glass encapsulation, strong cooperation with other team members (50%)
执行汽车玻璃包边的研发项目，保持与其他团队的密切合作。

2. Provide local technical support to plants in Asian countries on lead-free soldering. (20%)
为亚洲其他工厂提供无铅焊接方面的技术支持。

3. Maintain a high level of local market awareness, in terms of technology, suppliers, and competitors benchmark and landscape (10%)
保持高度的市场敏感度，对技术、供应商、竞品和市场蓝图有充分的理解。

4. Monitor and guide the projects following company project management protocols, and make sure delivery on time with high quality. Leverage internal and external resources, keep the projects running efficiently.(10%)
运用公司项目管理的方法，确保项目保质保量交付。充分协调运用内外资源，确保项目高效运行。

5. Carry out EHS and 5S tasks, lab management, and other actions requested by line manager (10%)
完成EHS和5S交付的任务，实验室管理，以及其他直线经理交付的任务。


Qualification & Skills / 任职条件：

1. Master Degree and above, major in technical fields such as Mechanics, Material Science, Physics, etc. 硕士及以上学历，力学、材料科学，材料物理及相关专业毕业

2. Good understanding of mechanical and/or automotive related knowledge, better to have knowledge with encapsulation, automotive glass, plastic injection related machine, testing and equipment.
了解机械和/或汽车领域相关知识，优先考虑了解注塑包边、汽车玻璃、塑料注塑相关领域机器、测试及设备的候选人。

3. Strong R&D, product development, and project management capability and experience 优秀的研发，产品开发及项目管理能力

4. Able to take initiatives & drive a project independently 能够主动并独立推动研发项目

5. Effective communicator in Chinese and in English, both written and verbal 优秀的中英文沟通表达能力
