Job Description:
• Develop the business of Piab vacuum products (like suction cups and vacuum pumps) in the automotive industry. Targeting OEM / system integrators and automotive maker/plants
• Liaise closely with HQ in Sweden and customize products and solutions to suit customer requirements for automotive application.
• Conduct presentations to potential customers, to promote and propose Piab products and solutions offerings.
• Cooperate and work closely with Piab area sales managers and Piab distributers to develop sales proposals to OEM and complete the sales acquisition cycle.
• Develop the new Piab distributers in China automotive industry.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated previous working experience in automotive business development and/or relative sales experience in China.
• Ability to negotiate with business owners and senior management in both state-own enterprises and multinational companies
• Excellent writing and verbal skills in English and Chinese
• Experience from working in international/ global environment.
• Strong initiative and able to work independently with good team spirit.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to influence and convince.
• Good computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel in China as required.
• Possess driving license preferred.
