Job Description
FUNCIÓN PRIMARIA: Administración de los expedientes y contratos de los empleados. Coordinar los servicios de personal tales como: cafetería, transporte y beneficios de acuerdo con la negociación del convenio local. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES: Responsable de la preparación del contrato para nuevas contrataciones y asegurar la gestión directa de los expedientes de los empleados. Revisar e implementar las normas internas. Fortalece la retención y el compromiso de los empleados mediante el establecimiento de procesos estándar de incorporación y orientación con esfuerzos integrados de varias funciones. Coordinar entrega de uniformes para el personal. Coordinar los servicios de transporte de personal. Coordinar los servicios de cafetería para el personal. Coordinar y asegurar la correcta entrega de todos los documentos en proceso de contrataciones. Revisar e implementar las normas internas. Brindar apoyo en eventos de reconocimientos. Brindar apoyo en eventos de reclutamiento. Implementa, promueve y mantiene un ambiente de trabajo seguro mediante la implementación de una cultura de prevención de accidentes, investigación, mantenimiento de equipos y aplicación de normas. Identificar, controlar y administrar el riesgo y peligro en el propio ámbito. Promueve la misión y la visión de la empresa apoyando activamente la ética y los valores de Eaton, así como las políticas de calidad. Motivar y capacitar a los empleados para mantener altos niveles de satisfacción, productividad y calidad mediante el uso efectivo de las recompensas disponibles y los canales de reconocimiento para alentar y promover los comportamientos y resultados deseados. #LI-SL4 Qualifications CONOCIMIENTOS ESPECIALIZADOS: Título universitario en administración, negocios, psicología o similar. Inglés: solo se requiere lectura y escritura 1 año de experiencia en el área de RRHH.
