The Firm 

A well-known global aircraft lessor with office in the CBD area. Currently they are seeking for an Aviation Lawyer to join their HK office to handle transactional aviation finance projects within the APAC area. 

The Opportunity

• Reporting to the Head of Transaction Negotiation, your major responsibilities will include but not limit to: 
• Work closely with Capital market team and handle contract negotiation of aircraft financing and leasing projects 
• Manage the transaction procedure from LOI to execution  
• Manage airline defaults, repossessions and any dispute resolution or litigation matters  

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• PQE 7+ with solid knowledge in aviation leasing, trading and financing 
• From international aircraft leasing company or law firm 
• Self-motivated, team-player, with strong interpersonal skill and business acumen 
• Open to travel
