Responsibilities:

• 3 months onboard training will be provided
• Report to a team lead
• Support in-bound telephone calls, No selling required
• Handle ticket reservations, flight schedule enquiries
• Assist with customers’ membership and hotel bookings and transactions
• Ensure corporate service levels are met

Requirement:

• HKDSE or above, fluent spoken English
• Customer service oriented
• Good customer service mindset
• Prior call center experience is a plus
• Able to work on shift
