Job Description

And here’s the exciting part - we are looking for a W Lounge Attendant who is passionate about W, passionate about music, style and innovation. 

It is critical that the W Lounge Attendant represents the W lifestyle to our guests and customers.  They, like the rest of our ‘talent’ are the soul behind the brand and they bring it to life.

Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming and helping guests

• Responsible for the daily operations at our W Lounge

• Following service standards and operating procedures

• Serving guests with the highest service level and build a relationship with them

• Maintaining overall cleaniless of the W Lounge

• Take responsability for your own checks

• You will be working different shifts (morning, evening, night and weekend shifts). Also during public holidays

• Being flexible to assist other B&F departments (In Room Dining and Banqueting)

• Communicating with your team and other departments is key

• Know the menu and the hotel facilities
