Front End Business Development Sales Manager


Diversitech Global, a leading manufacturer of hand and power tools, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Sales Representative with expertise in the Hubspot CRM platform to join our Hangzhou team.

As the first point of contact with potential clients, the Front End Sales Representative will play a crucial role in securing new business and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound Sales
Monitor and manage the main inbox for incoming leads (they are being found online now 2 enquiries every week)
They need to stalk the lead and add to HS follow up and book a meeting) English needs to A1 level written and spoken
Qualify inbound leads through monitoring LinkedIn and Dingtone message (sequence in HS)
Enroll qualified leads in a comprehensive email sequence using the Hubspot platform

Manage 2 FES Staff in the Philippines
Act as bridge between Customers & FES & BES

Outbound
Utilize LinkedIn to network and prospect for new business opportunities
Make outbound calls to potential clients in order to nurture existing leads and secure new business


Nurturing:
Continuously monitor the Hubspot deal board to ensure that deals are not neglected and prevent potential fall-throughs

Prospecting:
Identify new market opportunities and target customers
Research and locate key decision makers
Enroll them in our outbound sales process
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the team through active participation in meetings, training, and team-building activities.


Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong proficiency in using Hubspot or a similar sales and marketing automation platform
Proven experience working as a remote employee and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients over the phone
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales
A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a team and support colleagues as required.
