Job Description
The company focus on providing multinational clients with language and cross-culture training solutions and services nationwide, covering Mandarin Chinese training to expat staffs of international companies, English and other language training for other language speakers, and Cross-culture training for corporate clients, especially for foreign companies with big business in China.
We are working with well known HR-related partner and have already thousands of quality leads and clients contact.
We are hoping to have passionate business development specialists to develop corporate clients and expand our well proven and recommended services to more and more clients.
Location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. The main task is to search and contact (call,email or visit) potential clients to identify the training needs and propose our services
2. Meet with clients who are convinced to meet, together with product manager, to well present our services
3. Keep in professional touch and follow up, through calling, emailing or visiting with potential clients with clear needs and budget to establish cooperation
4. Participate in Business Event to showcase our service and company to potential clients in HR and Training related events
5. Other BD related tasks
Requirements:
English language
Communication and interpersonal skills
Good writing skills
Love sales
Highly motivated and independent
Innovative thinker with the ability to propose and drive new ideas and concepts
