Search, develop and maintain customers in the countries assigned, update our customer data. Maintain and improve relationships with customers abroad, including daily emails and communication through phone calls.
1.To conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the changing needs of the customers
2.To develop plans and strategies by coordinating with the managers to achieve the sales target
3.To ensure that the products are made available to suit the needs of the customer and by adhering to the sales processes designed to improve the sales
4.To keep abreast of the latest developments in the market by studying the competitor's strategies and products, so that the possible threats can be identified and counter attack strategies can be designed
5.To maintain trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients

Negotiate, confirm and follow up orders from payment to final delivery, in relation with other departments (finance, purchase, logistics).
Analyze and provide feedback to management on the market evolution in the countries assigned (clients, competition, products). Identify and develop the most potential markets.

Required skills/experience:

Proficient in English and Russian in a professional environment
Ability to interact successfully across cultures
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Negotiation and persuasion skills
