Job Description
As a B2B Sales Professional, you will serve existing clients and identify, approach, and convert potential customers. Your main tasks include selling products from our inventory, planning and negotiating deals, managing web shops and platforms, and verifying invoices. You will work closely with logistics to plan sales tightly and efficiently to maintain high turnover. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with procurement and content teams, providing input and involvement in the development and placement of new products.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek new business opportunities and leads within the e-commerce industry.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and strive for long-term partnerships.
- Actively visit clients in the Netherlands and strengthen the relationship.
- Sell products from stock to existing and new customers and via webshops and platforms.
- Track sales with B2B clients, webshops & platforms.
- Create sales reports and present them to management.
- Negotiate contracts and prices to close profitable deals.
- Optimize webshops and platforms to increase visibility of our products.
- Provide active advice and involvement in the launch of new products to perfect positioning.
- Carefully check invoices and payment terms to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Or proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and perform under pressure.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proficiency in the Chinese language is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle criticism and effectively respond to feedback.
