• JOB PURPOSE
• Improve B2C self-run Store & flagship store Operation Excellence on value & volume sales growth thru operation excellence,
• Cooperate externally with EC platform operation peers to ensure EC platform resources,
• Cooperate internally with EC Key account manager to accelerate sell out sales,
• Guide TPA vendor to set operation workplan, operation data analysis and sales results tracking,
• DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
• Responsible for EC Platform self-run store and brand flagship store business,
• Ensure the achievement of EC sales target and daily operation excellence,
• Support the commercial channel delivery of EC products,
• Daily tracking sell-out value sales & Volume sales, Closely cooperate with Platform cross function stakeholder to improve operation excellence,
• Excellence external communication with EC platform to get operational resources.

• Academic / Professional qualification / 学 历 / 专 业 资 格
• Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Drug, Medical, E-commerce etc. 
• Technical / skill training / 技 术 / 技 能 训 练
• Strategic thinking, Powerpoint Skill, Presentation Skill, Strong Communication Skill, 1-2 years+ working experience in EC platform like JD, Ali is preferred
• Working experience (No. of years / 年 资, Job function / 工 作 功 能, Business types / 业 务 种 类 )
• Essential     必 需: 1-2 years  / EC Operation , Sales /  EC platform, Pharma, Medical Device
• Desirable    理 想: 2-3 years / EC Operation , Sales, Medical /  Pharma MNC, EC platform (Ali, JD, KAD etc)
• Language ability / 语 言 能 力 : Chinese
• Computer literacy / 电 脑 知 识 : Powerpoint, Excel and CRM Skill
• Others / 其 他
